One of the biggest and most costly threats to providing free-flowing, clean water to the region is the foreign objects and liquids people flush down the loo and sink. The most common culprits are fats and wipes.
Cogent needed to create a positive message to encourage a behaviour shift. We set out to tackle the issue of blocked pipes in precise hotspots across the Yorkshire area. Targeted comms allowed us to highlight our heroes; the people who put fats and wipes in the bin. After all, Yorkshire loves a binner.
